Colliers International|Wisconsin recently closed the sale of the Class-A Park Ridge Office Centre in Pewaukee, Wis.
Local entrepreneur and developer Norm Yerke was the seller. Tom Shepherd and Lyle Landowski of Colliers represented him.
Ehlers Companies, a financial advisory services firm, was the buyer. Rachel Schmidt of NAI MLG Commercial represented Ehlers.
The 19,985-square-foot building is known as the west suburban home to Milwaukee law firm Godfrey & Kahn. The office building was built in 2000-2001 and features more than 34 wooded acres and a recreational cabin. The property sold for more than $2.8 million.
