Colliers International has closed the sale of 2301 Churchman Ave., a two-building, 52,336-square-foot temperature-controlled bio farm and pack warehouse facility on the Southeast side of Indianapolis.
Alex Cantu and Alex Davenport with Colliers International facilitated the transaction on behalf of the seller, Patterson Holdings. The property was purchased by a private buyer based out of California.
2301 Churchman is fully leased to Shenandoah Growers, a grower and mareter of organic culinary herbs. The property was extensively renovated in 2018 to serve as Shenandoah Grower’s Midwestern regional hub.
