The investment sales team at Colliers International|Minneapolis-St. Paul represented GLS Companies in the sale of its two-property portfolio in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota. The industrial portfolio is valued at $12 million.
Royal Oak Acquisitions purchased both single-tenant industrial properties totaling 162,509 square feet. The properties are located at 6845 and 6908 Winnetka Circle North in Brooklyn Park.
GLS Companies has run its headquarters out of both properties since the company built them in 1996 and 1999. GLS has long-term leases in place at both buildings.
Mark Kolsrud, Dave Berglund, Colin Ryan and Brad Bohlman with Colliers closed the transaction.
