Colliers International has been awarded the exclusive right to lease the former Borders flagship store in Ann Arbor, Mich.
The site, in which renovations have already begun, is located in the heart of downtown Ann Arbor and next to the University of Michigan’s central campus.
Jim Chaconas and Brendan Cavender of Colliers International have listed the approximately 44,000 square feet of retail and office space on behalf of Hughes Properties, LLC. The property of 22,000 square feet of first-floor retail space and 22,000 square feet of second-floor contemporary office space.
