Colliers International was recently appointed by Wexford Science & Technology, a BioMed realty company, as the exclusive leasing agent for the @4240 Building, a 183,000-square-foot, multi-tenant laboratory and research facility located in the CORTEX District campus in St. Louis.
Additionally, Colliers will provide leasing services for Wexford’s Bio-Research and Development Growth Park, a 450,000-square-foot research and training facility at the Danforth Plant Science Center campus also located in the St. Louis region.
Once the $73 million development is complete, @4240 availabilities will range from 1,000 to 35,000 square feet of sustainable office and lab space to meet the specialized real estate needs of tenants involved in life sciences, research, technology, legal, innovation and entrepreneurship. Currently, 69,000 square feet is leased to anchor tenant Washington University for its Offices of Technology Management, Research Administration and faculty practice plan.
Availabilities at BRDG Park range from 7,000 to 17,500 square feet with generous slab-to-slab heights allowing for better coordination and less crowding. Anchor tenants include Monsanto, St. Louis Community College, Allied Blending, Nidus, Novus, Akermin, MOgene, Global Patent Group and Phycal.
