Colliers International has been awarded the exclusive leasing assignment for The Arcade, one of downtown Cleveland’s best-known landmarks.
Located in the heart of the Gateway District, the Arcade is home to the Hyatt Regency Cleveland and a mix of dining, retail and service businesses.
The Arcade, a hotel and retail building made up of two nine-story towers, was one of the country’s first indoor shopping malls and the first building in Cleveland to be placed on the National Register for Historic Places.
Chris Seelig, first vice president and principal of Colliers International|Cleveland’s retail services team, will lead the leasing efforts, working with ownership group Skyline International Development of Toronto.
