Beth Patterson and Jeff Merritt have been named new principals with Colliers International’s Indiana region in Indianapolis. Merritt and Patterson join the six other principals of the firm.
Patterson joined Colliers International in 2011 as senior vice president and director of retail services. She has worked in retail real estate for 15 years.
Merritt joined Colliers’ Indiana region office in 2013 as vice president of commercial services.
