Kathryn Teklinski has joined Grand Rapids, Michigan-based Colliers International|West Michigan as its director of operations.
Teklinski brings nearly two decades of leadership, sales and marketing experience to Colliers. Prior to joining Colliers, Teklinski was the chief marketing officer for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Michigan Real Estate where she led the company’s rebranding from Prudential to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices.
Teklinski also led and supported the growth of the company from 450 agents to more than 1,100 agents and 28 offices to 53 offices across Michigan and Northern Indiana in three years. She has also worked for notable technology companies including Google and Verizon, supporting the automotive industry. Teklinski earned her bachelor’s degree in merchandise management and marketing from Michigan State University.
As director of operations, Teklinski will work closely with Colliers International|West Michigan market leader Jon Potvin. She will execute forecasting and financial management, including assisting with recruitment and hiring. Teklinski will also oversee human resources, research, marketing, IT, operations and accounting teams.
