Colliers International|Wisconsin recently welcomed two new team members to the staff at its Milwaukee office.
Jennifer Bullock joined the company as an investment analyst for the brokerage division. She brings a strong history of finance, sales and marketing to her new position. Her main focus will be on completing all due diligence associated with investment sales.
Dale Joswick joined Colliers as a property manager. He brings with him extensive experience in property management and sales. He will specialize in the on-site management of Class-A office buidings, with his main focus on managing a high-rise office building of more than 200,000 square feet of office and retail space.
