Colliers Kansas City closed the $3.81 million sale of a two-building complex at 1919 Industrial Drive and 1908 Plumbers Way in Liberty, Missouri.
The 39,000-square-foot property in one of the city’s top light industrial parks is currently 100 percent leased. Colliers exposed the asset to the entire market and produced multiple offers for the seller, Graham Plaza, LLC, – all over the asking price.
Colliers assisted the seller in selecting the best buyer, Robertson Properties, for the project and closed in less than 30 days.
Built in 2009, the property’s tenants include Hustle+Heart, Fun Run, Wellness Warehouse, Pak’s Academy, Restoration Church, Spectrum Paint and Love Letters.
