Colliers has closed the lease of 5157 SR 267, a newly built distribution facility in Whitestown, Indiana.
The 187,941-square-foot building sits along the I-65 Indianapolis/Chicago logistics corridor.
Tony Hupp with Colliers facilitated the transaction on behalf of the tenant, Green Rabbit.
Green Rabbit is a national supplier of cold storage transportation. With the growth of online grocery shopping, the new Whitestown facility will help Green Rabbit expedite and expand its services.
