Colliers International closed the lease of a 70,186-square-foot industrial warehouse at 8555-8625 Inkster Road in Taylor, Michigan.
Sheridan Burton at Colliers represented the tenant in the lease. Paul Choukourian, Peter E. Kepic and Peter J. Kepic with Colliers represented the landlord.
The new tenant, Production Management One, is a traveling concert staging company. The company has three locations across the country. This will be its first in Michigan. Production Management One will occupy its new space on Sept. 1.
