Tenants here include Trader Joe’s, Chipotle, OrangeTheory Fitness, Jimmy John’s and MOD Pizza.
Northville Park Place boasts one of the highest average lease rates for a multi-building shopping center in the area.
Built in phases throughout the last three years, the property contains six buildings ranging from 6,817 square feet to 23,873 square feet. The most recent addition to the development was Trader Joe’s, which celebrated its grand-opening in February of 2017. The center is 96.5 percent occupied with an average lease term of more than nine years.
