Red Rock Developments announced that construction on a spec industrial property has begun at 7409 Mink Street at Red Chip Farms in Pataskala, Ohio.
This 946,400-square-foot speculative industrial facility is located on 83 acres and is scheduled to deliver in May of 2024. The site is located in the Licking County submarket near Interstate-70.
The facility will offer 40-foot clear heights, 156 dock doors, four drive-in doors, 210 trailer parking spaces, speculative office and 200-foot truck courts.
The Columbus industrial team at Colliers is leading the leasing efforts for the development as well as build-to-suit options in Red Chip Farms Industrial Park. Colliers vice chair Shane Woloshan will lead the leasing efforts for the team.
