Dougherty Mortgage LLC recently closed an $11 million Fannie Mae loan for the acquisition financing of Parkview Apartments, a 216-unit market rate multifamily apartment property in Columbus, Ohio.
Each apartment features walk-in closets, extra storage, fully equipped kitchens and washer and dryer connections.
The 10-year term, 30-year amortization loan was arranged for borrower Wolfe Diamond Loch, LLC through a partnership with Old Capital Lending and Dougherty’s Minneapolis office.
