Ted Bickel and Jeff Budish have been promoted to senior executive vice president and executive vice president, respectively, with the Minneapolis-St. Paul office of Colliers International.
Bickel and Budish lead the Colliers’ MSP Capital Markets|Multifamily Investments team.
Bickel began his career in commercial real estate 10 years ago after recieving his law degree from the University of Minnesota and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management. Budish moved to Colliers in 2017 after seven years with CBRE. The two first met as undergrads at St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minnesota, while playing on the men’s hockey team.
In the last year, Bickel and Budish have brokered several notable sales, including Henley Apartments and Townhomes in Richfield, Central Park West in St. Louis Park and the N&E Apartments in Northeast Minneapolis.
This team also includes senior real estate analyst Lauren Panzer and senior property marketing strategist Lacey O’Connor.
