The Colliers Mortgage Minneapolis team of Tony Carlson and Ben Fazendin have closed a $26.6 million Fannie Mae loan for the refinancing of Montreal Courts Apartments in Little Canada, Minnesota.
Features at the 444-unit market rate property include a pool, fitness center, community room, playground and laundry facilities.
The 10-year loan was arranged for an undisclosed repeat client.
