The Minneapolis office of Colliers Mortgage recently closed a $7.3 million Fannie Mae loan for the refinancing of Windcrest Village II, a 93-unit market-rate multifamily apartment property in Spencer, Iowa.
The pet-friendly property was constructed in 2020 and includes a fitness center, dog park, elevators, community center, in-unit laundry and on-site management.
The seven-year term, 30-year amortization loan was arranged for the borrower.
