The pet-friendly property was built in 2019 and is located in the heart of “Eat Street” for easy access to a variety of dining and entertainment options. Property amenities include a rooftop skydeck with grills, club room, fitness center, bike storage and heated parking.
The 12-year term, 30-year amortization loan was arranged for 2640 Nicollet LLC.
