Colliers Mortgage has procured two loans totaling $30 million for the refinance of an 85-unit build-to-rent townhome community in metro Nashville, and a 318,000-square-foot industrial warehouse in Indianapolis.
The loans were originated by Bill Mattice and Phillip Cox, senior vice presidents and managers of the Greenville, South Carolina, Colliers office, with two long-standing life insurance company relationships.
