Colliers Mortgage has hired John Randall as head of national production.
Randall comes to Colliers Mortgage with more than 18 years of experience in commercial real estate financing, underwriting and real estate asset management. Most recently he managed 28 production offices across the country and capital distribution for more than 40 correspondent insurance company lending relationships as well as Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae and FHA.
Randall is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association, International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), NAIOP, Urban Land Institute (ULI), Mortgage Action Alliance (MAA), National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC), Pension Real Estate Association (PREA) and serves on the advisory board of several Insurance Company Lenders.
Randall will work with the Colliers Mortgage team to launch new production offices across the country and expand its capital distribution capabilities.
