Minneapolis-based Colliers Mortgage has hired Matthew Rocco as president.
Rocco comes to Colliers Mortgage with more than 24 years of experience in commercial real estate financing, investment banking, bond issuance, underwriting and real estate asset management.
He is the current Chairman of the Mortgage Bankers Association as well as a member of the MBA’s Commercial Real Estate/Multifamily Finance Board of Governors’, Residential/Single Family Board of Governors’, Origination Council, International Council of Shopping Centers, NAIOP, Urban Land Institute, Mortgage Action Alliance, National Multifamily Housing Council and Pension Real Estate Association.
Rocco will work with the Colliers Mortgage team to further build its business across the country and work with Colliers Mortgage to secure additional licenses and lenders.
