Fritz Waldvogel of the Minneapolis office of Colliers Mortgage closed a $12.9 million HUD loan for the refinance of District 29 Apartments and Townhomes in Fort Dodge, Iowa.
The 118-unit market-rate multifamily property features studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartment units and two- and three-bedroom townhome units. Project amenities include a 24-hour fitness center, community room, parcel/mail room, on-site management, elevator, dog park and bike racks.
The loan carries a 35-year term/amortization and was arranged for borrower, District 29 Apartments, LLC.
