The property includes 98 units in one three-story apartment building with one level of underground parking.
Property amenities include a gas fire pit, children’s play area, pergola-covered seating and grilling area, 24-hour fitness center, coffee bar, community and game rooms, storage lockers and Wi-Fi throughout the building.
The 10-year term, 30-year amortization Fannie Mae loan was arranged for borrower Peak Capital Partners.
