Colliers International recently moved its brokerage operations to Two Miranova in downtown Columbus.
Colliers signed a six-year lease to occupy about 10,400 square feet on the ninth floor of The Pizzuti Companies‘ Class-A Miranova office building.
Colliers will headquarter its brokerage, marketing and research operations out of Miranova.
Colliers is also the listing agent for the 243,527-square-foot Miranova Tower.
Phil Rasey, Pizzuti’s manager of sales and leasing, and Jim Miller, executive vice president with the company, represented Pizzuti in the transaction.
