Tim Bratvold has joined Colliers | Des Moines as Associate Vice President.
Bratvold brings more than 14 years of industry experience to the role and will collaborate closely with the firm’s Minneapolis-St. Paul multifamily team, which has closed more than $1 billion in multifamily transactions over the past two years and maintains a strong presence across the region.
Bratvold joined Estes Construction in 2012 as a Project Engineer and advanced to Senior Director of Business Development, playing a key role in establishing the firm’s Central Iowa office and building strong relationships throughout the region. With experience spanning multifamily, healthcare, education, industrial, historic restoration and commercial projects, he brings a broad perspective and deep market knowledge to Colliers.
