Colliers U.S. appointed Giles Wrench as EVP, Head of Enterprise Client Solutions, U.S. | Global Occupier Services.
In this role, Wrench will lead the firm’s U.S. enterprise client growth strategy within the Global Occupier Services (GOS) business, reporting to Chris Zlocki, Global Head of Enterprise Client Strategy & Solutions.
Wrench will serve as a member of the GOS Executive Leadership team to drive strategic growth, expand enterprise client relationships, and develop innovative real estate solutions for large corporate occupiers. In this role, he will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies for Fortune 500 companies and similar large enterprises. Additionally, Wrench will lead complex multi-service pursuits and advance the firm’s capabilities in data analytics, AI, and technology-enabled service delivery.
Wrench brings more than 25 years of corporate real estate leadership experience across occupier services, solutions development, and international business development. Most recently he served as Vice Chairman of JLL Financial Services, establishing a new industry vertical within the U.S. business spanning banking, investment management, and insurance clients. Earlier at JLL, he spent seven years as Principal of Solutions Development for the firm’s Work Dynamics division, advising Fortune 500 companies on outsourcing across facilities management, transaction management, project management, lease administration, and technology.
