Kevin Malinowski will succeed Brian Hurtuk as executive managing director for brokerage at the Cleveland office of Colliers.
Hurtuk is retiring. He had served the Cleveland office of Colliers for the last 11 years.
Malinowski has more than 27 years of experience working in leadership roles at CBRE. He has extensive experience in account management, consulting, sales and transitions. His clients worked in the retail banking, technology, insurance and healthcare sectors. Malinowski also worked extensively with the Cleveland Clinic during the last five years.
He will report to Jeremy Jacobs, executive managing director with Colliers’ Central region.
