Colliers appointed Matthew Pastrano to its Dallas office as Senior Vice President, where he will focus on Multifamily Capital Markets.
A Texas native, Pastrano specializes in representing multifamily owners throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. His experience spans across recent construction, workforce housing and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) assets. Since 2023, he has executed over $500 million in multifamily transactions, advising clients with market-driven strategies designed to achieve and exceed investment objectives.
Before joining Colliers, Pastrano co-led the Dallas Private Client and Middle Market platform at CBRE. He holds a degree in finance from the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University, bringing a strong foundation in financial analysis and asset performance to his advisory work.
