Global commercial real estate services firm Colliers International Group Inc. recently named Ryan Menke as vice president focusing on investment sales in its St. Louis office.
Menke specializes in capital market advisory services, representing institutional, private and corporate clients in the acquisition and disposition of investment properties as well as the sourcing of equity capital. He is skilled in property and investment valuation, transaction management and strategic real estate planning.
Prior to joining Colliers, Menke spent four years in the St. Louis office of Marcus & Millichap where he advised clients in more than $150 million of transactions involving multifamily, office, industrial, single-tenant net-leased and distressed assets.
Menke is the latest addition to the Colliers Investment Team lead by Senior Vice Presidents Alex Perez and Chris Garavaglia. Their team, including Associates Jake Klamen, Jake Pelikan and Senior Financial Analyst Ben Branco, are recognized nationally as a leading investment sales brokerage team. Over the course of their careers, their team has participated in more than $1 billion worth of commercial real estate transactions.
