Colliers’ Tom Rodeno, Matthew Stauber and Patrick Turner recently represented Hamilton Partners in its 134,360-square-foot lease to CED (Consolidated Electrical Distributors) at its newest facility located at 710 Foster Ave. in Bensenville, Illinois.
CED will move its operations from 2801 Busse Rd. in Elk Grove to the new, standalone building which was delivered in January.
Hamilton demolished five smaller buildings to make way for this development which benefits from a premier location near O’Hare and low DuPage taxes. The developer plans to build office space per the tenant’s specifications to complement the building which features 32’ clear ceiling height, 26 exterior docks, and parking for 112 cars.
