With a strategic position in the heart of Wheaton, it enjoys maximum exposure in this high traffic, high visibility area. Notable tenants include Dollar Tree, H&R Block, Jimmy John’s, Home Depot, Orange Theory, and Starbucks. Jewel-Osco serves as the center’s anchor tenant.
Hyper Kidz offers a unique indoor playground with a fun theme, plenty of fun attractions, and play zones that are safe and designed for different developmental age groups. Great Street Realty’s Brendan Watt represented the organization in the transaction.
The lease marks a milestone in RMS’s commitment to revitalizing this key retail destination and brings the 116,759-square-foot Main Street Plaza to 75% leased.
