Hopewell Development and MBK Industrial Properties, a joint venture partnership, announced the sale of a 105,675-square-foot Class-A industrial building at 7810 Jetstar Drive within the Tristar Business Park in Irving, Texas.
Executive Vice President Greg Cannon of Colliers represented the seller in the transaction. The buyer, Blue Ocean TX Industrial, LLC, was represented by Mark Miller of NAI.
The building, known as Tristar Business Park Building 2, is strategically located minutes from Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport and provides direct access to State Highway 114, Belt Line Road and the broader Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. The property’s premier airport-adjacent location, coupled with modern industrial specifications, attracted strong interest from investors seeking well-positioned logistics assets.
Developed by the Hopewell Development and MBK Industrial Properties joint venture, the facility features 32-foot clear heights, ESFR sprinkler systems, 140 parking spaces, 10 dock-high doors, two grade-level doors and approximately 2,589 square feet of office space. The project was designed to meet the evolving needs of distribution, logistics and light industrial users in one of the nation’s strongest industrial markets.
