Colliers’ Andy Heieie and Rob Brass represented WJD II & Co. LLP in its sale of a 14.78-acre parcel of land in Rogers, Minnesota, to Rachel Development, Inc.
Located in the southwest quadrant of Northdale Boulevard and 137th Avenue N near the I-94/Hwy 101 interchange, the parcel sold for $1.7.36 million and is the future home of a market-rate 134-unit apartment complex and 56 urban-style row townhomes.
Heieie and Brass worked with Rachel Development and the owners of the adjacent Caribou and Culvers to redesign their access and drive-through lanes to close the sale on May 18.
