Colliers brokered the sale of a ±31,000-square-foot manufacturing facility at 10302 Mula Road in Stafford, Texas.
Jason Scholtz and David Falcon of Colliers represented the seller, while Zack Martin, Todd Moore, and Connor Duffy of Colliers represented the buyer in the transaction.
The property is situated on approximately 1.89 acres and includes a mix of office, assembly, fulfillment, shop and showroom space. The facility features approximately 6,000 square feet of primary office space, 10,000 square feet of assembly and fulfillment space, 6,000 square feet of shop space, 6,000 square feet of open office and showroom space, and a 3,000-square-foot mezzanine.
The manufacturing facility is crane-served with a 16-foot hook height and two 5-ton cranes. Additional building features include three-phase, 600-amp, 480-volt electrical service, a sprinkler system and T5 lighting.
