Colliers has closed the sale of the Franklin Road Business Center, a 320,219-square-foot, two-story facility in the east Indianapolis submarket.
Situated just northwest of I-70 and I-465 at 2855 N. Franklin Road, the 33.42-acre site offers access to Indianapolis’ highway system, providing connectivity to local labor, the CBD and Indianapolis International Airport.
Alex Davenport and Alex Cantu of Colliers’ Midwest Capital Markets team facilitated the transaction on behalf of Franklin Road Realty, LLC. Legacy Capital Partners purchased the asset.
Originally built in 1962, Franklin Road Business Center is a warehouse and distribution facility with office space. The bulding features 13-foot to 26-foot clear heights, 16 docks, three drive-in doors, a 239-seat auditorium and parking. The 75% leased facility is home to five tenants.
