Colliers Chicago’s Jeff Devine, Steve Disse and Chris Volkert represented a global real estate investment advisor in the sale of the Amhurst Lake Portfolio consisting of 11 buildings (1,438,410 square feet). Ten of the buildings are located in the Amhurst Lakes Business Park in Waukegan, and one building is located in Trumpet Business Park ten miles north in Zion. The portfolio is home to a variety of tenants spanning pharmaceutical, home goods, logistics and manufacturing entities. The buyer was Link Logistics.

Amhurst Lake Business Park has historically been the premier master planned business park in north suburban Chicago, offering immediate highway access, modern construction and an unmatched corporate park environment. Currently 90% leased to seventeen tenants, the industrial component of the portfolio has averaged 93% plus occupancy over the past decade.
