The Omaha office of Colliers International has transferred ownership from its initial founder, Jay Noddle, and partner John Waldbaum to long-time executives Ed Fleming, Kyle Peterson, Mike Potthoff and Jeffrey Wyatt.

Noddle stepped down as chairman and member of the board of directors. Waldbaum relinquished his board position but remains an active broker at Colliers|Omaha. Additionally, Michael Miller maintains shares as an owner in the new partnership and also remains an active broker with the firm.

“The past six years of working with Jay, John and Michael to build Colliers|Omaha into a premier commercial real estate firm have been a tremendous and rewarding experience,” said Peterson, president and chief executive officer. “Ed, Mike, Jeffrey, Michael and I are enthusiastically ready to take the firm to the next level so that it will continue to reflect the vibrant, ever-changing field of commercial real estate.”
