The property sits at a high visibility corner at the intersection of Montrose and California on Chicago’s North Side. Long time tenant Ruby Dry Cleaners relocated to its new location several blocks away.
Strauss Realty, LTD.’s Craig Wolf and Dale Strauss represented the sellers, private investors, in the transaction. The sale price was not disclosed.
