Colliers represented the seller of a more than 1.25-million-square-foot industrial portfolio of six buildings in Minnesota and Wisconsin.
Tom Shepherd wtih Colliers|Milwaukee managed the transaction and was supported by the Office & Industrial Investment Services Group of the Minneapolis-St. Paul office of Colliers. That group is led by Mark Kolsrud.
The sale closed on Feb. 4.
Minneapolis-based Biynah Industrial Partners and Maryland-based Alex Brown Realty Inc. sold the portfolio to Kansas-based Platform Ventures. All six properties in the portfolio are 100 percent occupied.
