The public finance team of Colliers Securities has added Aaron Schroeder as a senior vice president based in Milwaukee.
In his role, Schroeder will draw upon his investment banking and public finance expertise within the senior housing, healthcare, affordable housing, and related real estate financing sectors. His lengthy career spans more than 20 years, during which time he has participated in or led numerous financing transactions utilizing various tax-exempt and conventional capital structures exceeding $3.3 billion in aggregate principal.
Schroeder is a graduate of Carroll University in Waukesha, Wisconsin. He has also served on numerous non-profit boards, currently serving as a director on the Northwestern Mutual Credit Union Board and as a director of Lighthouse Youth Center.
