Colliers has closed the investment sale of the Fair Park Business Center in Milwaukee.
Located at 620 S. 76th St., the 119,971-square-foot building serves as a multi-purpose campus for six office and flex tenants occupying 100% of the building.
The building was originally built in 1948 with additions and renovations between 2006 and 2014. Tenants include Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin, Lesaffre Yeast Corporation and Upper Iowa University.
The property was sold on Aug. 25 for $14.6 million, about $122 a square foot. The sales team included Tom Shepherd and Jennifer Huber-Bullock. A private 1031 buyer in New York acquired the property.
