Colliers International recently closed the sale of 15,067 square feet of retail space at 309 E. 11 Mile Road in Royal Oak, Michigan.
Peter E. Kepic, Principal, and Peter J. Kepic, Senior Vice President, of Colliers International represented the seller, Superior Fish Company. Robert Badgero, Senior Vice President, and Steven Badgero, Vice President, represented the buyers, Versa Real Estate in the sale.
Previously owned by the family-run Superior Fish Company, the well-known specialty seafood store was the source of octopus for Detroit Red Wings fans for over seven decades. Their last day of full service was June 16. They will host a frozen-food sale beginning June 18 and will close out the following weekend with a garage sale where fans can purchase signage and memorabilia.
