Utah-based Peak Capital Partners acquired the property for $44.72 million.
Hello Apartments is a 172-unit Class-A building built in 2017. The property includes a rooftop deck with a pool and volleyball court. Located at the Highway-55 and -169 connection, Hello Apartments offers easy access to the Twin Cities metropolitan area.
