Colliers’ Andy Heieie and Corbin Chapman represented Eastern Carver Schools in its sale of a 20-acre plot of land in Victoria, Minnesota, for $2.25 million.
National developer Pulte acquired the parcel and plans to build 49 single-family homes on it. The transaction closed on June 30.
The school district had originally intended to build a new elementary school on the parcel. Upon demographic analysis of the school district, the district decided to identify a new site for the school and hired Colliers to find a buyer for the parcel, which was previously farmland.
