Colliers has closed the sale of Northwest Corporate Plaza, a 221,736-square foot light industrial portfolio at 4081-4119 Leap Road in Hilliard, Ohio, in Columbus’ West submarket.
The Colliers Midwest Investment Services Team led by Alex Cantu and Alex Davenport facilitated the transaction alongside Shane Woloshan of Colliers’ Columbus office, on behalf of Transwestern Investment Group.
The asset was purchased by Diamond Properties, a New York-based commercial real estate investment firm managing a diverse portfolio of more than 11 million square feet.
