Colliers|Wisconsin’s investment services team has sold Bayside Marketplace at 2763-2817 S. Oneida St. in Green Bay, Wisconsin.
The 229,572-square-foot center is anchored by Fresh Thyme and leased to 13 tenants. Additional tenants include Joann Fabrics, Dunhan’s Sports, Xperience Fitness, Dollar Tree and OfficeMax. The center is located immediately east of the Interstate-41 and Highway-172 interchange.
The asset sold for $18.6 million, $81 a square foot. Adam Connor and Mark Pucci of Colliers|Wisconsin and El Warner and Charley Simpson of Colliers|Los Angeles brokered the sale. The asset was acquired by a private buyer in Austin, Texas.
