The Colliers International East Region Multifamily Advisory Group represented both buyer and seller in the sale of Metcalf Village Apartments, a new construction, 270-unit multifamily asset in Overland Park, Kansas.
Metcalf Village was built in 2017. The community boasts a resort-style clubhouse with fitness center, barbecue area, firepits, and two heated pools, including a 25-meter lap pool.
Metcalf Village is situated moments from Bluhawk, a 1-million-square-foot regional destination offering a mix of retail, office, sports facilities and entertainment.
Will Mathews, Bob Galamba and Gabe Tovar of the Colliers East Region Group facilitated the transaction. The community was sold by JA Murphy Group and purchased by Hamilton Zanze & Company.
