Colliers sells 30,000-square-foot office building in Dayton area

Wright-Patt Credit Union purchased the Pentagon 1 office building at 3610 Pentagon Blvd. in Beavercreek, Ohio, for $5.216 million.

Richard Meder, senior vice president and principal of Colliers Ohio, represented the seller, GER REB Realty, LLC. Beavercreek is located in the Dayton, Ohio, region.

The Pentagon 1 building is 30,846 square feet.
