Colliers Internaitonal recently sold 9655 Reading Road in the Cincinnati market for $5.9 million or $149.98 per square foot to an out-of-town real estate investment trust. Currently 100 percent leased and occupied by EMCOR Inc., the property consists of 39,385 square feet and was built in 2010 with a recently completed expansion earlier in 2017.

9655 Reading Road is located in the Blue Ash/Evendale office submarket, a northern suburb of Greater Cincinnati and one of the most sought-after and appealing locations in the market. Strategically situated between four major highway systems, the asset’s location delivers un-paralled access to the entire city.

Steve Timmel, brokerage senior vice president; Jeff Johnston, brokerage senior vice president; Chris Prosser, brokerage senior vice president; and John Gartner, brokerage senior vice president all of Colliers International represented the seller in this transaction.
